NOTE : The name of the plant is Sanjeevani/ sanjivani  as it is called. But it is NOT EDIBLE it's just a show plant or fern. 

Height of  Fern : 8 cm. (approx). In dry state.

Width of Fern: 4 cm. (approx). In dry state.

Quantity of Stem: 20 (approx).

The image you are seeing is a combination of 4 sanjeevani plant.

How to turn and grow from dry state to green state?

This plant or ferns comes to you in dry state but turns green when you put it in bucket water. The ferns turn green in a day around and grow over the time. 

Put the dry plant (in same condition as received from us) in bucket/container such that it floats freely after simply drench all it's part initially for 60second.

Then leave sanjeevani fern in water container for 24 hours, it will expand

Later transfer it to a pot with water submerged around it's stems. Put some pebbles around to stems. 

Important Care: Always water the plant from top such that the leaves also get water. Change water in 2-3 days. Keep in shade only. 

It must not be kept in direct sunlight.
